persimmon, tofu, sugar, salt, sesame, sake, dashi stock.
Recipe
- Drain the tofu.
- Peel and cut the persimmon.
- Grind sesame in a grinding bowl, and add the tofu to the bowl.
- Season with sugar, salt and sake. Soften it with dashi stock.
- Put the persimmon into 3. and serve.
