8:45A.M Meeting at Reception Desk(Souketsuke) please be punctual!
9:00-11:00A.M Zazen(including instruction)-Kinhin(walking zen)-Zazen
11:00-noon Lecture + Q & A
  *No experience is required.
*Please wear loose and comfortable clothes.
